Cancellation and Change Policy.

Changes:

You can change any tour or activity 24 hours or more before the activity or tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty.

Cancellations:

All activities must be reserved a minimum 24 business hours before departure. Any tours reserved less than 24 business hours before departure and not completed are subject to a 5% administrative fee. Business hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, Central Standard time. Any activity or tour can be canceled with 24 business hours advance notice. All activities or tours canceled by you result in a 5% administrative processing fee.

”No shows” or failure to cancel a tour or activity will result in a 100% charge for the service.

Cancellations must be done by the person that made the reservation. We do not accept calls from other travel providers or a hotel concierge. This is to protect you from someone canceling your tour or activities.

In the event an activity or tour is cancelled by the tour operator, for any reason, and you are unable to reschedule, you will be receive an immediate (in 48 hours or less) 100% refund to your credit card.

(Normal refund time, for a tour reserved and charged in Mexico, can be 4 to 6 weeks. We can do it in 48 hours or less because we do our banking in U.S.A. not in Mexico.)

Notification of a cancellation must be received by CancunVista, 24 business hours before the activity or tour is to begin, via:

  • Telephone call while in the USA (1-800-860-5917 )
  • Fax while in Mexico(01-998-892-3967)
  • Fax while in USA (+52-998-892-3697)
  • No mailed letters accepted
  • Charges to your card:
    The charges will appear on your card from Vista Travel.
