How will group members recognize your drivers at the airport? When they exit the main terminal they will see a lot of
people outside the airport waiting for people arriving. Our
drivers will have a sign with their name –or the group
name- on it. Look for the sign our drivers wear white shirts
with a dark blue stripe down the “placket” or
the front of the shirt where the buttons are.
What happens if a plane is
delayed? When you and your group members reserve, part of our form
includes your flight number and airline. We check to see if
your flight is on time or delayed. If your flight is delayed
do not worry, we will be there at the new arrival time-even
if it is the next day. So sit back relax and enjoy your flight.
What do we do if you are not at the airport when group members
arrive? There are occasions where we are late. Please wait 20
minutes for us and then find a payphone and call 044-998-845-7161.
In Cancun you will need to buy a “Ladatel” phone
card and find a payphone that takes the cards to make your
call. You may also call 898-4312 during regular
business hours 9 AM to 6PM Monday – Friday.
What happens if group members miss my a flight connection? If you miss your flight connection we have no way of knowing.
If you miss your connection call us here in Cancun and advise
us of the new flight number and arrival time.
If you are still in the United States call us at 1-800-860-5917.
If you miss a connection in Mexico you will need to call us
during regular business hours 9AM - 6PM central time at 01-998-898-4312,
after hours please call us at 01-998-845-7161 to reschedule
your pickup. From anywhere in Mexico you will need to buy
a “Ladatel” phone card and find a payphone that
takes the cards to make your call. You may also call
898-4312 during regular business hours 9 AM to 6PM
Monday – Friday.
We do our best to not delay your pickup but, in the event
something else happens and we are not at the airport when
you arrive with our sign with your name on it, please call
us upon arrival from the Cancun airport at 01-998-845-7161
and we be there for you in no more than 30 minutes but usually
less.
When should we schedule our pickup
at our hotel to return to the airport?
We recommend 2 hours before your flight departure plus travel
time from your hotel to the airport. We will schedule it for
you when your reserve and it will be on your transportation
coupon which we send you via email.
What do we do if your vehicle is not at my hotel at
the appointed time?
There are occasions where we are late. Please wait 10 minutes
for us and then find a payphone, or ask the bellman to call
us at 044-998-845-7161. You may also call 898-4312
during regular business hours 9 AM to 6PM Monday – Friday.
Can the van make a stop on the way
to the hotel or on the way back to the airport?
As all of our transfers are private for you and your party only,
we have no problem stopping on the way to your hotel or on the
way back to the airport. Just tell your driver where you would
like to stop. There will be no extra charge if the location
you desire is not out of the way. Recommended stops are Wal-Mart,
Sam’s and Costco.
We have a private tour can we stop anywhere we desire?
Yes! If you have an open service or a private tour you are in
charge of your vehicle. The driver is there to serve you and
you can make all the stops and detours you want. Remember we
are working for you, so do not hesitate to ask.
Do you offer private tours other
than the ones listed?
Yes. We can do a private tour to any destination in this area.
Design you own group tour and we will make it happen with as
many or few stops as you desire. Please ask for a quote. Our
goal is to make your work-vacation or incentive travel vocation
