What
happens once I reserve?
Once you send in a reservation with your credit card
we will charge your card the amount of the tour. Then
we will send you a coupon which you will print and bring
with you to be given to the driver at the time of pickup.
The coupon is your proof of purchase and will have a
unique confirmation number and coupon number on it and
an emergency phone number to call if something goes
wrong. We will also send you a map to help you find
us and us you.
What is your cancellation
policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure
and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If
the trip is cancelled because the port is closed and
your ship did not stop in Cozumel then you will get
a 100% refund. Please remember we do not accept cancellations
from anyone but the person that made the reservation.
This is to protect you.
What if I want to change
the date of the trip?
No problem, we will gladly move any trip for you to
a different day, space permitting, as long as you give
us a minimum of 24 hours notice. There is no fee for
changes.
Is
it possible to make my reservation when I get to Cozumel?
If you are coming in on a cruise ship the answer is
No. If your are staying in Cozumel in a hotel the answer
is Yes. We do recommend you make all your tour your
reservations as far in advance as possible so that you
are sure to what you want, when you want it.
Remember, there are only 14 spaces on one boat and 40
on the other. Some days three cruise ships dock in Cozumel
and up to 6000 people disembark, so please reserve early.
During the high season from January to August there
are many times we have no availability 2-3 days in advance.

How
do I find you?
When you arrive in Cozumel you will take a taxi to the
Cozumel-Playa del Carmen Ferry Terminal about 5 minutes
from where your cruise ship arrives. The Punta Langosta
cruise ship pier is about two blocks from the departure
point, so you may want to walk. There we will be looking
for you and you for us. When you reserve we will send
you exact instructions.
How
much will a cab cost from the cruise ship dock?
As we depart from the Cozumel-Playa del Carmen ferry
dock you need to come to us as the cruise ships dock
at different piers. From the Punta Langosta cruise ship
pier you are about two blocks from the departure point
and we recommend you walk. If you elect not walk a taxi
will cost about $5 USD for up to 5 people one way.
If you are at the International Pier you will be about
5 blocks from the departure point and a taxi will cost
about $6 USD one way for up to 5 people.
If you arrive at the Puerta Maya pier you will need
to take a cab. It is about 2 miles and a taxi will cost
about $6 one way for up to 5 people.
We
have a group can you provide transportation?
No, all transportation on Cozumel is done my taxis and
you must use a taxi. There are van-taxis available which
will accommodate 7 people.
Where
and when do you drop us off at the end of the tour?
Your tour begins and ends at the Cozumel-Playa del Carmen
Ferry dock.

What
do we need to bring?
The usual things such as sunglasses, sunscreen, light
cloths over a bathing suit and towel if you desire,
a hat or cap, extra money, and of cameras.

What
reefs do you visit?
The actual reefs we visit will depend on the weather
and current the day of your trip but normally we go
to one or more of the following:
Paradise, Las Palmas, Chankanaab, Tormentos, Yucab,
Punta Tunich, San Francisco.
Do
the boats have shade?
Yes both boats have shade, but we still do recommend
sun block and a hat or cap, as well as a cover up for
when you are on the boat.
Is
the tour suitable for children?
Yes, we have life jackets for them too.
They will have an excellent time snorkeling and it is
safe.
Can
we do this tour privately?
Yes. With a minimum of 12 people we can arrange a private
tour for you for the3 reef snorkeling adventure.
I have
a group what is the most you can accommodate?
We have a small glass bottom boat which can accommodate
up to 16 people.
We can accommodate 43 people on our next size boat for
a snorkel trip.
If you have a larger group we can handle up to 63 people
on our large boat for a snorkel trip.
If you have more than 63 people we can still accommodate
you may just not all on the same boat. If you need a
large boat for more than 63 just let us know on a reservation
form or call us at 1-800-860-5917.
Is
a wet suit included for the snorkeling?
No, we include the basic snorkel gear – mask,
fins, and snorkel.
If you want a wet suit we have them for rent for $10.
In the winter months you want a wet suit for protection
from the ambient air not the water. The water is generally
about 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
