little fisherman’s town south of Cancun about 30 minutes
by van. Snorkel in the protected lagoon on two different reefs.
Get picked up at your hotel and taken to Puerto Morelos where
you will board the boat for the short ride to the edge of
the reef where you will snorkel on two different sites and
enjoy all the colorful corals and fishes up close and personal.

are staying in a Cancun hotel, do you have hotel pick up?
Yes we have hotel pickup in Cancun. The tour takes place
in Puerto Morelos sum 30 minutes from Cancun but we will pick you
up at your hotel. When you reserve we will send you the exact time
of the pick up.
We are staying in the Riviera Maya do
you have hotel pickup?

Where
do we go snorkeling?
You will snorkel in the Mexican National Park located in
Puerto Morelos. Along that section of the Yucatan coast there is
a barrier reef that is visible from the shore. You will be snorkeling
in the waters between the Yucatan coast and the barrier reef.
How many times will we snorkel?
You will get two chances to snorkel at two different locations
along the barrier reef that is located along the coast in front
of the fishing village Puerto Morelos.
How many people are on the boat?
The boats are designed to carry up to 25 people.
However most groups are small up to 14.
I am not a good swimmer, can I still snorkel?
While being a good swimmer is an asset, it is not a must.
You will have on a life jacket the entire time you are in the water
as well as fins, mask and a snorkel.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you have a 99%
chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation,
complete with your credit card information, and if space is not
available we will call or email you with when space is available.
So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form.
Is it possible to make a reservation when
I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance
as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to
go. During the high season from January to August there are many
times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To make your
reservation once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312 or if
you are in the Riviera Maya call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from
the states 1-800-860-5917. If you have a U.S. cell phone while in
Mexico you may also dial 1-800-860-5917 to reserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure
and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is
cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather then
you will receive a 100% refund. Please remember we do not accept
cancellations from anyone but the person that made the reservation.

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes - we guarantee the prices you see. The prices are accurate
and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee
is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website.
At the end of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% -
15% of the price depending on how much you like the tour and the
service provided.
How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with
your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to
be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by
and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917
