We are staying in a Cancun hotel,
how do we get there?
We have hotel pickup. When you reserve we will send
you the exact time of pickup in your hotel lobby.

how do we get there?
We have hotel pickup. When you reserve we will send

We have our on car. Can we take
this tour?
Yes, we will send you a map with instructions on
how to get to the horseback riding ranch. From the Cancun
hotel zone your approximate travel time will be about 40 minutes.
I have never ridden a horse. Is
this tour for me?
If riding a horse is something you have always wanted to do
then yes this is the tour for you. The horses are very tame
and easy going and you will have fun.
Is there a weight limit for the
horseback riding tour?
Yes the limit is 120 kilos or 265 pounds.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you have
a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send
in your reservation, complete with your credit card information,
and if space is not available we will call or email you with
when space is available. So be sure to include your phone
number on your reservation form.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far
in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip
when you want to go. During the high season from January to
August there are many times we have no space available 2-3
days in advance. To make your reservation once you arrive
in Cancun call us at 898-4312 or if you are in the Riviera
Maya call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917.
If you have a U.S. cell phone while in Mexico you may also
dial 1-800-860-5917 to reserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure
and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip
is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather
then you will receive a 100% refund. Please remember we do
not accept cancellations from anyone but the person that made
the reservation. This is to protect you. Click

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes- we guarantee the prices you see. The prices
are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional
charges. Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than
that published price on our website. At the end of the tour
a tip is optional and is generally 10% - 15% of the price
depending on how much you like the tour and the service provided.
How can I check the status of my
reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening
with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are
going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours
has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please
call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312
from the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our
local number is 898-4312 and if you are outside Cancun dial
01-998-898-4312.

We are arriving by cruise ship in
Cancun. Will we be able to take this tour?
This tour is not recommended if you are arriving by ship.
Your schedule as a rule will not fit the departure and return
times of the tour.
We are arriving by cruise ship to
Calica. Will we be able to take this tour?
We do have departures from the Calica cruise ship
port. Pickup time from Calica will vary depending on when
your cruise ship arrives. We will send exact instructions
when you reserve.
